(Headquarters: Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Directors: Makoto Matsukawa, Mick O’Leary) announces the appointment of Directors at the conclusion of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors, on July 3, as follows.

Two Representative Directors system continues; Makoto Matsukawa remains as Representative Director, and Mick O’Leary, the previous Managing Director for Ashfield Ireland, has been newly appointed as Representative Director.

Also, Hiroshi Kizaki was promoted and appointed as General Manager Operating Officer, a newly established position.
